This chicken salad sandwich dip recipe is economical, yet tasty. Make it for lunch during the warmer weather. Can be added to celery, added on top of bread, or with crackers.
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
2-10 oz Cans Chicken Breast in Water (you could choose to use leftover cooked chicken breasts as well)
1 Small Bundle of Green Onions
2 Celery Stalks
4 Springs Parsley
-Bread, Crackers, Lettuce, Veggies, etc. to use as dip, salad, or sandwich
Directions:
Chop green onions, celery, and parsley
Open Chicken Breast cans and combine all ingredients in large bowl
Add 2/3 cup Mayonnaise and mix thoroughly
(Then make your sandwich, salad, or dip from there…)
