Finding coupons that will save you some money off of everyday goods does take some time. Once you know what type of coupons are accepted at the stores that you purchase items from, then all that is left is for you to start gathering up coupons from the various sources listed below.
1. Sunday Paper
Inside every Sunday paper are coupon inserts. You can pick up your Sunday paper at just about any local store or you can get a weekly subscription. Get to know your carrier. They might save a few extra for you. Another great option is at a recycling center. Be sure to call ahead and ask them to save them for you.
2. Printable coupons
There are tons of websites that offer printable coupons. Not all of them are credible, so you have to be careful. Many sites have been caught for making fake coupons. Here are my favorite:
Coupons.com
CouponNetwork.com
SmartSource.com
3. eCoupons
With all of the smartphone technology saving money with coupons is getting easier. There are a ton of apps that will send coupons right to your phone. Just search coupons in your app store and read the reviews. Also, some grocery stores allow you to load coupons onto your store savings card. Go to your local store’s website to find out.
4. Peelies
Peelies are coupons found stuck to the items themselves. You have to look carefully to find these, but they are everywhere.
5. Catalina Coupons
At most grocery stores catalina coupons print out with your receipt. They are usually those extra pieces of paper that prints out after the receipt.
6. Blinkies
These aren’t as popular as they used to be. Blinkies are the little boxes hanging in the grocery store that spits out coupons.
