Drying Herbs– If you have a ton of herbs from your garden, you can dry them in the microwave. Lay the herbs out on a paper towel, then place another paper towel over the herbs. Microwave for 30 seconds, then check to see if they are dried, repeat this process until they are dried.
Potato Chips– Yes, you can make potato chips in your microwave and it is really easy to do. Slice a potato rather thin, rinse with cold water and dry completely. Then, spread on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, microwave for 3 minutes, turn the slice over and microwave an additional 3 minutes.
Peeling Garlic– Here is an easy way to peel garlic: place a whole garlic in the microwave for 25 seconds. When you take it out, the garlic peels will come right off.
