Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cookies
Valentine’s Day is usually a day of sweet treats, flowers and chocolates. Some families stay at home for Valentine’s Day, some go to the movies or out to dinner with that special someone. Whatever you plan to do for the day, plan on making these easy to make Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cookies and serve them as an evening snack as an extra surprise.
Valentine’s Day Strawberry Cookies
Ingredients:
1 package Keebler Sugar Wafers Strawberry
1 bag Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers
1 container of each:
Wilton’s Valentine’s Pearls
Wilton’s Valentine’s Hearts
Wilton’s Pink Sprinkles
Directions:
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth and creamy.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Dip one half of the wafer cookie into the melted chocolate.
Place on sheet of parchment paper.
While the chocolate is still warm, decorate as desired.
Allow to completely dry before serving.
