Virgin Bloody Mary
Getting kids to eat all the vegetables that their bodies need can be a daunting task. This is especially true if they are slow chewers. You can make them a Virgin Bloody Mary at least twice a week to give their immune system a boost of nutrition. It is also a nutritional drink for adults as well.
Virgin Bloody Mary
Ingredients
1 can of V8 (you can choose either the tomato juice or the vegetable juice)
2 drops of Tabasco sauce
Dash of lime or lemon juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
And a bunch of cool stuff as a garnish
(I am using, celery, a slice of carrot, a white asparagus, black olives, a tiny pickle, and some cucumber)
Directions-
1. Add some ice cubes to a tall glass. Pour the V8 into the glass. Add in everything but the garnish. Stir to combine flavors.
2. Wash and trim vegetables that you are using as a garnish. Add some celery stems into the glass, carrot sticks, pickles, and cucumber. Add sliced lemon or lime slices to the side of the glass. Serve immediately.
